Graff’s Turf Farms, Inc. provides a Limited Guarantee on purchased sod.
All Colorado sod for sale from Graff’s Turf Farms, Inc. is started with the best seeds, planted on the cleanest ground, fertilized, watered, and trimmed under the optimum conditions with constant personal supervision in compliance with the standards and requirements for turf set forth by the Colorado Department of Agriculture.
We have personally inspected the final product upon harvesting to be free of weeds and disease before delivering freshly cut Colorado sod for sale to our customers. This Limited Guarantee is in effect for 24 hours from the time of delivery. Graff’s Turf Farms, Inc. guarantees that the sod will perform at its maximum potential in the new environment, provided that the customer properly waters and maintains the new sod.
An immediate watering schedule must be activated upon installation to insure proper and timely establishment. Also, the performance of the new sod is dependent upon the pre-existing condition of the area in which the sod is to be installed. Soil preparation is the responsibility of the customer prior to the delivery.
Sod is a perishable product and requires immediate installation and watering. Graff’s Turf Farms, Inc. cannot accept responsibility for conditions after Colorado sod leaves our hands or those beyond our control which lead to growth failure, such as:
Improper or noxious sub-soil
Improper installation
Sod not installed immediately upon delivery
Improper watering/Lack of moisture
Disease inherent to site
Annual or perennial weeds that develop after installation
Improper maintenance or neglect
Planting in direct shade

Sod for sale from our Colorado farm may need to be periodically watered after full establishment if natural conditions are mild and dry throughout the winter months. Winterkill may set in on both existing lawns and new lawns if adequate moisture is not received. This condition is not covered by the Limited Guarantee.
The extent of Graff’s Turf Farms’ responsibility will not exceed the re-supplying of the failed sod. In no event shall the cost of the sod replaced be greater than the cost of the original order purchased including delivery.
Purchases of our Colorado sod for sale including installation will require complete acceptance of the work performed by the customer prior to the departure of the attending crew. Any unsatisfactory points of labor must be satisfied upon completion. The customer will dispose of any sod remaining after the installation is complete.
Graff’s Turf Farms, Inc. is not responsible for any damaged grass during establishment period. All new sod should be allowed thirty days before any traffic is allowed on the grass.
If you, the customer, are not immediately satisfied with the turf upon delivery, it is mandatory that you contact the office with 24 hours of the delivery or this guarantee for our Colorado sod will be void
